I tried this place after sportclips messed up my hair the last time. I am a fan, I don’t understand why Mr. Nice Guy Alexander gave this a one star cause of a mask requirement. It’s not hard to wear a mask, be respectful, people, masks are the devil.

Been going here for years and always a good experience and the stylists are knowledgeable and work with your needs. They’ve been a bit short staffed as of late, likely due to pandemic, but they’re always good at what they do!

Very unprofessional. Never said hi, how are you today, nothing. She was also deaf, I had to tell her on a few different occasions I only wanted 2 inches cut off and she kept saying you want me to cut 4 inches. Honestly I should have gotten out of her chair and went somewhere else. She was very frustrated thru the entire haircut. She never checked to see if my hair was even, and when I told her how I wanted my hair cut she said, what I can’t do that. Will NEVER go this salon again, and I suggest going somewhere else if you don’t want all your hair cut off. Unbelievable
