I booked online and when I arrived at the shop, I saw my name listed as #1 on the waiting list. However, a lady (blonde hair) skipped my turn and took a young good looking guy. She looked so happy talking to him and cutting his hair. Be aware that if there are better looking guys waiting, even if you are listed #1 waiting list, the lady worker will skip you and take a young good looking guy.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis old lady was in a rush to go home. She was absolutely rude to her coworker. Ruined the haircut too. Not professional at all. I asked for a fade and she did a flat 0.5 all around my head except the top which also she cut uneven. Never been so disappointed at great clips. Definitely not going to this location ever again.
