I checked in online. Arrived at the correct time there was one person behind me in line. There was two hairstylist. The lady behind me went to the counter and she pulled the hairstylist aside and whispered to her that she did not want the other girl to cut her hair. That matter we will not even get into. Which is ridiculous. The hairstylist said no problem. She then proceeded to go into the back and wait till the other hairstylist was done so she could have that lady. The problem was the hairstylist that was cutting hair just started so I had to wait for her to finish. Instead of telling her that she would have to wait another round I had to sit and other 25 minutes . It took well over a hour from the time I entered till left for a simple trim up. Was so disappointing. There wasn’t a problem with the haircut but rather the sneaky games.

We checked in online, and there was no waiting. Friendly staff (just two ladies there today) and very efficient. A good value, and my son’s hair looks great!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI know the pandemic has caused quite a bit of difficulty for these businesses however that is not an excuse for the poor customer service I received at this location. We went to have my sons hair cut, we checked in online and upon arrival one of the women cutting hair told us to wait outside. Ok that is understandable but all she said was wait outside she didn’t ask for what kind of car I was in so I don’t know if she assumed I was going to sit in 90 degree weather with my child. I waited even after she showed her horrible attitude, 15 minutes later she came outside and asked a person who had arrived after us to come inside. When we went to ask she said we’d have to wait for the other hairdresser. I’m not sure how this was acceptable to her after we had arrived there first but I chose not to wait. There are plenty hair cut places out there to have to deal with the bad attitude and customer service of one. I am a paying customer and on top of that do give a tip.
