I went in one day to get hair washed and blowdry with a brush. I was charged 4$. Went in the next time and was quoted another price. I was in a cast can’t do my own hair. Jessica was so adamant. Positive: QualityI had a hair cut with Jael this morning. It is PERFECT, exactly what I asked for, and I can admit I’m really picky with my hair cuts. I will be going back for all of mine and my kids future cuts. It’s easily the best hair cut I’ve had in years, and her shampoo massage was an added bonus! All of the stylists working today were friendly, greeted me quickly, and we’re kind to my kids that I had to drag along. I had a hair cut with Jael this morning. It is PERFECT, exactly what I asked for, and I can admit I’m really picky with my hair cuts. I will be going back for all of mine and my kids future cuts. It’s easily the best hair cut I’ve had in years, and her shampoo massage was an added bonus! All of the stylists working today were friendly, greeted me quickly, and we’re kind to my kids that I had to drag along. I would recommend this location.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWORST PLACE EVER !!! I went to get a wash & trim last minute before going out of town and the girl that did my hair was TERRIBLE. First off I have very long and thick hair & when she was washing it she didn’t even wet it all the way, she also did not wash all of the soap out. Then normally before the stylist cuts your hair they brush it out straight where everything is basically the same length & not tangled up, she barley brushed it & was brushing SO slow!! She cut my hair with it still being tangled & then kept switching sides cutting random parts of my hair instead of doing one side at a time. I didn’t realize how bad of a job she did until I left, there was literally dried soap on my forehead. Trying to call the place is worthless!!! It doesn’t even give you the option to talk to someone. She also still didn’t even brush my hair out when she said she was done & I said can you brush it please ?? Me being a PAYING customer should not have to sit there & brush my own hair.. which I did! WORST PLACE EVER !!! I went to get a wash & trim last minute before going out of town and the girl that did my hair was TERRIBLE. First off I have very long and thick hair & when she was washing it she didn’t even wet it all the way, she also did not wash all of the soap out. Be happy to go elsewhere…..and I did. Had to take him to Casa de Estilos so they can fix it. $$$ Thanks Jess at salon #2103

Jessi was wonderful, she listened to what I was looking for in my hair cut since i was new to the location and took her time to get it just right! I love my new fresh cut, I’ll be back!
