Was 5th on the wait list with a 40 minute wait. Was told we would receive a text, but after 35 minutes went back to see if they were almost ready. Somehow I was still 5th on the list with different names ahead of me. And the wait time was still 40 minutes. Why do you even have a list? We will just be taking our business elsewhere.

Came so my husband could get a haircut, he has been to the Bartlett store on several occasions, but apparently they had no record. They only had record of him going to St. Charles store.. ODD Whatever. Anyway he always gets a haircut, eyebrows trimmed and they cut the little bit of hair around his ears. When we asked her to please do his ears, she replied they don’t do the ears, only haircut and eyebrows….Really we had to ask you to do his eyebrows! So why do you not do ears, but the St. Charles store does? She claims VERY SMUGLY MIND YOU, different owners, different rules. Bye bye Bartlett Great Clips, you just lost a customer. Keep up the Great Customer Service!
