I just had a scary experience I went in there and I don’t know if the guy that was cutting my hair was mad with me because I came in late and it was close to closing or if he was mad at the other worker that was there but he kept stopping and was having some kind of twitching problem it was making me angry and I just wanted to walk out and stop the haircut right then and there I will never be going back there the lady that was taking my number and my name was extremely rude at that too… Please don’t waste ur money

Fran did a great job as always. I love that location because no matter who cuts my hair, it’s always sharp and I could pay twice the price somewhere else but why would anyone do that? For a squirt of shampoo and a massage that’s never long enough? I’ll pass. I love my Great Clips!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe only person worth their skin in this place is Fran. She gave me the best haircut of my life 8 weeks ago. Amanda gave me the WORST, and noisiest, haircut of my life 4 weeks ago. Most of the people who work there better at running their mouths non-stop than they are at cutting hair. Today, I asked if I could wait for Fran. They told me there was one person ahaed of me, and proceeded to cut two more peoples hair. Then, the person that they meant that was ahead of me arrived. I had no more time to wait. When I protested, all of the “stylists” stopped cutting hair and came to yell at me when they should have been listening. I went this week on June 18th to donate over 12 inches of hair and get a short haircut. Since the very beginning the hairstylist I got made an annoyed face when I said I wanted to donate my hair. I also told her I wanted it really short above the shoulder and even referenced a picture by the mirror of the store. The hairstylist I got (has mid-length curly hair with glasses) was very rude throughout and did not make any conversation with me. Once she was done with the first layer of the haircut, I told her I wanted it 1 inch shorter. She made the most frustrated face and started to huff and sigh so much. She even got out a comb and showed me how much she was going to cut off and asked in a VERY sarcastic and frustrated tone “is this short enough for you now?” Why get mad over someone requesting to go short if that is your job to cut hair? Additionally, she rushed through my haircut and was holding my head forcefully after I requested to get it shorter. Thank goodness my sister was a witness of the way she was treating me. As a social worker, I try to be understanding of others’ behaviors and be patient, but there is just no justification for someone to treat another person so badly and be mean. She acted as if it was a burden to cut my hair. This made me feel horrible. I REGRET paying and getting my haircut here. I will NEVER come back and will not recommend this place again. Please hire individuals who actually care and are nice to their clients! I used to always get adequate service before but now that trust is gone after this incidence.

I have been going to this Great Clips for almost 10 years now, and they have always done a good job cutting my hair. The staff is nice, quick, and talkative, and the haircuts are very affordable. They will always fix something if they do it wrong, and have good opinions on new styles and hair products.
