I had the worst experience yesterday, I show the guy a pic for how I need my beard looks like! The guy were asking questions not necessary and talking about his book and really weird subjects!! I’m giving this location 3 stars because I have always enjoyed coming here and having Kris (spelling?) cut my hair. She has cut it exactly how I’ve wanted it every time. This time, today, I went in and even though she was working and available, I didn’t speak up and say I wanted her to cut my hair. So instead I had Jess cut it. I’m extremely upset with how my hair turned out. I had multiple photos of the same woman with the same haircut and style to reference what I wanted and somehow Jess managed to chop ALL of my hair off. I’m currently sitting in my car crying and upset bc I got a completely different haircut than I wanted and it’s WAY shorter than I intended on getting. I know hair grows and within a month or so my hair will be at the actual length I wanted it cut to today, but if someone comes in with photos to reference the length and style they want, maybe ask as you’re cutting an already short haircut if the customer likes the length or wants it shorter. Instead, she just went freaking scissor-happy on my hair and cut it all off. I am not happy with my cut at all. Moving forward, I will make sure that no one other than Kris cuts my hair at this location since she actually listens and cuts my hair exactly how I’ve liked it in the past. It would be great if I could receive a credit for my next haircut seeing I am extremely upset with the outcome of my hair today.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been to this location two times, and the employees both times did not have very friendly attitudes. My first visit was in the midst of the Covid pandemic so I was a bit more understanding due to stressful times, she made me feel a bit rushed but it wasn’t an awful experience. My recent visit I had a different stylist and I was not only rushed but I did not feel very welcome there. My stylist had raised their voice at a guest that had just entered the building, almost starting an argument while cutting my hair, then after, seemingly rushed me out the chair. Upon seeing my “haircut” I realize I paid $20 to end up with the same haircut I had before but with some razor-work shaving down around the ears. Not worth $20, and I still actively need another haircut.
