Very disappointed with the service. The stylist was annoying and when i entered the tip amount in the swiping machine she was laughing in a different way and murmured with some comments which I’m not able to catch it exactly. All customers cannot give a generous tip amount. They will tip what they can afford. If the stylist needs a good tip they should have openly ask the customers instead making them uncomfortable with annoying comments and body reactions

One of the worst experiences. I went with my kid today for haircut. There is no facility for kids. I had to come out in middle. All old ladies are working who does not have any sense how to handle kids. Does not even qualify for 1star rating. Dot go there.

Checked in online said 30 min wait time and to be at the salon within 15min. Arrived at the designated time and was met with a salon full of customers waiting, an elderly woman ( Caroline ) with the worst attitude. I tried to check in and explained I checked in online 30 min ago, she responded with “ I can’t control what the website told you “ and was told I’d have to wait even longer. I stepped aside as another stylist came up to rudely explain that they were backed up. I watched as both of these women talked down to customers while paying for service and coming into the salon who had in fact checked in online. I will absolutely NEVER COME BACK HERE. WORST SERVICE. The woman cutting my sons hair was constantly hurting him and cutting him with the clippers.

They have good coupons usually all the time. My server was friendly and fast. Place is clean, online check-in works great. The only issue I face here and at many other salons is that the servers do not follow instructions. You tell them to cut 2 inches of hair or leave about 2-3 inches on the top, they would say “ok” which is an affirmation, but in the end the cut however short or long they want to. I usually end up having way shorter hair than I asked for.

Great Clips… Great people who gives you great Clips … As always it all depends on who you get. Love that they have coupons and many times you can get a haircut under 10.00 dollars. They have back to schools deals and many times some random offers which also get you a haircut under 10.00

I wish other great clips locations were as good as this one. It’s not close to home, but the service is that good, it’s been worth the drive. Hopefully they go back to staying open until 9pm. Kinda difficult to get there on work days with current hours of 9a-6p.

I’ve been going to this great clips for a while now. So far everyone had been great but today 3/10 was the worst experience yet in a hair salon. I arrived and immediately was greeted by an older woman. I have always gotten the same haircut so it’s in their system. She double checked with me and repeated the same style to me before starting. Zero on the sides blended to one and top stays how it is. She then proceeded to do a 0 all the way up and completely shave the entire sides and back of my head. Haircut took less than 2 minutes even tho I complained to her about how it wasn’t blended. She still dismissed me and charged me ignoring my complaint. I get that older people can perfectly cut hair but idk if she was deaf or just didn’t care and did what she wanted. Never going back to this location again. She shouldn’t be cutting hair.

I am very dissatisfied with the services provided this morning. I have been going to this location for years and never had a problem. I had a different person cut my hair today and he did an awful job. His name was Robert. He was shaking the entire time and didn’t let me see what he was doing until he was done. I have half my head shaved and half longer. He did a bad job shaving the one side and it doesn’t look clean. The other side I asked for a slight trim and he lopped off most of my hair almost like a pixie cut, which is not how I had it styled when I walked in. To top it off he didn’t even use the brush at the end to get the clippings off my neck and I am itchy and covered in hairs. I did give him a tip, not a good one, because I didn’t want to be a jerk. However, I will NEVER have him cut my hair again. I am even hesitant on going back, despite the fact that a few others there do a good job.
