Haircut was below average. Not satisfied, gave them 3 tries & it always disappointed me. I only went this 3rd time because I needed a haircut & this was the only place that opened at 9 AM. The only good thing about this time was ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ by Rick Astley started playing as soon as I took my first step inside the establishment. Other than that. There’s nothing great about great clips.

The lady who cut my hair was excellent. I think her name is Nancy but I can’t remember for sure. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. She was very nice. She didn’t rush through the haircut like some stylists do. There is a free app you can get that you can use before going there to check in online. It’ll tell you the approximate wait time. So this is very convenient. I walked in & was taken care of right away. I will definitely go there again.

Quick and affordable service. Used a coupon for $7.99 cut, and got 20% off a bottle of Matrix20 Miracle Creator. I have very curly hair that gets dry and frizzy in the winter. The stylist used this after cutting my layers and my curls sprung up nicely, and it smells fantastic!

Honestly I could of given my son a better haircut myself. No attention to detail, sloppy and cut is done super fast which is not good. No more hair cut chains for me. Going to to barbers that charge $30+ dollars but the work is superb! I guess I got what I paid for. Never again.

I book online and went on time. When I arrived on time, I was told that I needed to wait for another 30 to 40 mins. 5 to 10 min, I can understand but more than another half hour….I just left. I was told that it is shift change time. Than why shift change time is not reflected for on line booking?

On the morning of January 26 with temps of 3 below zero, my husband waited in parking lot until opening time. Upon entering (standing roughly 12-15 feet away from the employee) with mask in hand, my husband states, “Oh!!! I forgot my coupon!” And begins to turn around to go back home and get it. Employee states, “and come back with a mask.” Not only was she absolutely rude, as my husband had full intentions of putting his mask on, but on a cold day as such, I would expect she would say, don’t worry about the coupon.
