Uneven all over. She knows how to cut hair when she was told i dont style my hair the way she was cutting it. I asked more than once to go off of whats on file. She did her own thing. Now im out cost of cut and get to shave my own head. Should have done that to begin with DO NOT GO HERE Haircut

The most awful and rude experience ever. We have showed a photo of a haircut that my son wanted. She didn’t like the idea we were showing her a photo, started to convince us into an army cut ! Then we have told her specifically, nothing fancy. In the middle I have noticed she was totally doing a different cut, I stopped her, showing her a close up photo of the style. She claimed the photo doesn’t represent what we wanted! I said THAT is the haircut we want. I was extremely patient. At the end my son came out looking totally different that what we expected, he’s going to a different place tomorrow to get this fixed. The lady was unprecedentedly unprofessional with attitude and just showing us we came to a wrong place. I guess this is a place only for army cuts.

Most of the time this place does a decent job. However, one of the managers here does not have very accommodating customer service skills. I used the ap to check in while it was a 55 minute wait. When I got there my name wasn’t in the list. I showed the manager the text from Great Clips telling me to head in, but she said there was nothing she could do for me and that I had to renter the list and would be at the bottom. I wasn’t able to wait again since I was on my way to a funeral. In general I was just disappointed with the management skills here.

Always a treat getting a haircut here, the stylists there are always friendly and accommodating. They always suggest a little extra trim here and there. Definitely recommend going the online check in route. They have enough clientele where walk ins can be a little long on the wait time.
