I visited Great Clips two weeks ago. It was Thursday evening when I walked in the door, hoping they would accept a walk-in, since I was visiting family from Michigan. I was sooo grateful that Angelica was willing to take me on such short notice. I knew she had sacrificed an invitation from another stylist to take a beautiful walk during the golden hour at sunset to accommodate me. She went above and beyond with a very pleasant demeanor. I LOVE my new haircut , and would highly recommend her! Thanks, again, to Angelica of Great Clips!

Stylist was uncertain how to hold trimmers and buzzed my husband’s hair way too short with uneven rivets of near bald spots. Tried trimming his hair to his eyes and made all the sides uneven. The back was cut way too short and not blended with the rest of the cut. Another stylist attempted to blend the back better but the damage was already done. We now simply have to wait for the bald spots to grow out. For some reason the stylus decided to keep one side of the back straight but angled the other side of the back down towards the neck. it doesn’t even seem like he attempted to make the sides match. I will not return there we will go to someone else for a fix after it grows out some.

Critical: QualityReally bad place! I wish I never went there. I always go to Grayslake one for my son’s haircut but this time I thought I would give this one a try. They totally ruined my son’s haircut. The person who was cutting his hair didn’t know what to do and how to even cut hair. He kept asking me and I had to guide him throughout. At last I told him to make a line and he just randomly made a line before I could even tell him where to make the line. Online check in is never accurate. At time of check in it’ll show 0 estimated minutes. It’ll then change to 15 minutes. All the while there are 5+ people already waiting in store which will take more than 30 minutes.
