Cannot recommend Elsa at this location enough. I had gotten a terrible haircut from the hairdresser I have been going to for years (no clue what happened there…), and went into Great Clips to see if they could try to fix it. Elsa did an amazing job. It’s not perfect, but she did wonders to fix it as much as humanly possible without cutting off too much of my length. Elsa was very friendly and professional. Was very impressed by my first experience here.

I got my haircut by Rosa. I showed her a picture of the layers I wanted, told her I did not want more than 1/2 inch cut off my length and wanted to keep the front longer than the back. I had to have her re-do my layers 4 times because they were nothing like what I wanted. On the 4th try she cut 2inches off my length and made the front way shorter without blending and now it looks like i have a mullet. There is literally nothing i can do to blend it out besides growing it out. I am beyond disappointed and will not be going back.

My kids hair turned out wonderful! Julio and especially Vasi were great! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Unfortunately, Elsa who cut my hair, left it longer on one side, didn’t cut it as short as I wanted it, or thinned it out as much as I wanted it, and cut my bangs in the middle of my forehead! Worst haircut ever.

They seem very unmotivated, and don’t follow instructions as even individual stylists have in the past. “Leave the back a little longer” and she runs a #4 clipper up the back, first thing! Full price haircut, far too short, and hair clippings everywhere down my shirt. This same stylist was great the first few visits years ago, but has been consistently weary and apathetic the past three times she cut my hair. Something is going on here, and I really (!!!!) miss Bill and Anita, the previous owners, who ran the place with some grace and finesse.I’m finding out there are several good economy hair cut businesses in the area who still seem to care, and have / accept coupons to help the prices. My son is Autistic and has sensory challenges. We go to Rosemont great clips and Elsa takes care of my son all the time. She has patience and she talks to him so he is not afraid. He loves her. She does and absolute fabulous job. Haircut
