Very nice hair shop. They were kind enough to cut my hair 15 min prior to closing. I was quick with my haircut. Told the stylist I wanted a basic military cut. Told her to take it all off back to first in basic training. I paid and left a generous tip for me being in right before closing.

My Fiancé went in for a haircut & I let him go in while I was in Aldi I had to take him back in because the lady who cut his hair did a horrible job. She left patches of hair around his ears long. Bad job of trimming it. I know when they read this they will remember the hijabi lady walking a man back in to have his hair fixed. She also left hair long & uncut not around his temple area when the other side was cut. After getting home i noticed it was worst. The back of his head the hair wasn’t faded from each area where the hair had been cut with the clippers. She knew she didn’t do it right & was sorry. I grew up in my mother’s salon. I don’t cut hair but I know when I see just people being put in a chair & pushed out the door for a quick buck. Take some pride. I can see where the hair is cut short and left long it’s looks horrible & he works in a corporate job & we network and attend public events with government officials. His hair is a mess.

Wow !! What a super positive experience I just had at this hair salon. Great Clips had the nicest staff ever ! From the first conversation with the woman who asked if I had an appointment. Who was so kind and polite and said the stylist who cut my hair last time was not here yet. But said she would be here in a half hour and asked if I wanted to wait or come back. I said I would come back. She thanked me and said she would make sure my stylist knew I was coming back. When I came back I was welcomed with a warm genuine smile by Ashley. Now let just say that out of all the people who have cut my hair Ashley is by far the best! She takes the time to ask me and to make sure she knows exactly what I want. Then she gives me a very thoughtful insight as to why that might not be the best way to go. And then she very gently says if you did this I think you would like it !

Every single strand of hair was a different length. We asked her to fix it in the front and she attempted to do that but was unsuccessful. I’m not sure she’s really a licensed hairdresser at all. Good news is that, thanks to Covid, my son is at home and doing e-learning. He plans to wear a hat for the next month and go back to our regular hair salon next time. I love the place! The ladies are always nice I usually get Rayleen who is fantastic! She is always upbeat and has a great personality and the haircuts are perfect. Both my boys got haircuts this afternoon, my oldest had his cut by Bob and he looks fantastic. However my youngest I told the lady Anna to shave the sides and back, but keep the top longer so I could spike it. She gave my boy a crew cut when I told her I wasn’t happy she said its because he has a colic. Um no its because you butchered his hair and cut it too short!
