Poor customer service. I was already nervous about the kind of service I would get as I walked in and was barely acknowledged because after the two remaining customers in line left, the two ladies continued to gossip loudly about the story about the last customer and his brother right in front of me. Also because she didn’t introduced herself, I don’t know the name of the woman who took me. I asked for a hair cut and shampoo, but she said she couldn’t do it today without at first explaining herself. She asked the other lady if she could do the shampoo but that woman ignored her and me while counting her money. The one who took me seated me for a haircut and told me “I don’t like it. Sorry. It looks like a tail” while examining my current hair situation. I decided this was the final straw and left without getting a hair cut as I felt those was rude to point this out to a customer. I’m aware my hair is outgrown from the layers that is why I came for a haircut. It has been difficult to find the time and energy to go for a hair cut due to my work situation so it’s very disappointing the treatment I was given but I’m glad I decided to leave before getting a haircut. I will not try to come here again.

I’ve been going since last October …Got the best haircut I’ve ever had with Laura I have VERY thick short hair and it’s very hard to manage and she thinned well and was precise with how much hair I asked her to cut. My whole family has used this place for years. We check in on the app and it’s been great. However, today because a lady didn’t have the app and I guess sat for 90 minutes glaring at the workers, they let her bump in front of my son and husband in line even though we checked in before she did. Then they lied about her arriving before us – but she clearly didn’t if our names were ahead of hers on the screen. That’s not okay. They lost a whole family of customers all at once.
