If you have long thick hair please avoid going here at all costs. Complete wack job and the only/most painful haircuts I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never had a more horrible experience getting my haircut. She cut off about 5 inches without even asking me if it was okay. Please do better. This is unacceptable.

Bill was really sweet. I had trouble explaining how I wanted my sons hair for his upcoming picture day but Bill somehow understood me perfectly. He got the cut just right. My son looks so handsome and grownup it is a little sad especially as I was telling Bill that about 8 years ago my son was sitting in the same exact chair getting his very FIRST hair cut. A little bittersweet for Mom but what a great experience. I really love it there. I also love going somewhere and actually being listened to. All the stylist were really nice but I would recommend Bill. Can’t wait to go back.

Pauline Smith is amazing. She always knows just how I like my hair cut. As a long-term and loyal customer, I appreciate how she goes about her business and is ALWAYS willing to help her co-workers. She has a great attitude and is a wonderful asset to your store. I was surprised to see her at a different station, but not sure why. Next time I might just ask.

My son got a haircut a few weeks ago from a lady with dark hair and she SHAVED the front part of his hairline by the sides of his forehead. If you look closely in the pic you can see she shaved it to make a straight line. She did this on both sides. I don’t understand why someone would do this or think that they should do this. My son was devastated, crying, and afraid to go to school for fear of being made fun of. At a loss of what to do my husband brought him in right after and we had the blonde lady fix it. She actually asked the dark haired lady “why did you do that?” And the lady didn’t know. The blonde lady was able to do a fade and it looks so much better now. One side the shaved part wasn’t noticeable at all and the other only slightly. Thank goodness she was able to fix it. We unfortunately won’t ever be coming back to Great Clips. We’ve had too many less than great haircuts. One time a different lady shaved off my husbands sideburns! I just expect so much better. We’ve had a lot of not good fades where the hair looks like steps. We will be going to an actual barber shop from now on where I don’t have to stress out every time my son gets a haircut that it’s going to be messed up.

The prices went up and sometimes you get a good cut and sometimes it is very bad. Depending on who you get. They have a new kid with pink hair and he’s not a good hair cutter @ all. He did my grandson and his mom had to recut it when he got home. So bottom line it’s a hit or miss . Haircut

I go here regularly, and typically it’s fine. I always check in online, and today I walk in when it’s time and the lady at the front says I, Ren, am not on the list. Even though I see my name there second down. A couple minutes later, she calls my name??? Anyway, I sit down. I know from previous experiences that some hair cutters like me to hold my mask, so I asked her if she would like me to do that. She said no, called me “You people” and started going on a rant. This lady does not know my medical history or anything about me and is shelling out medical opinions and making assumptions at me. It was one of the worst haircutting experiences I have ever had. I felt degraded, but I also felt scared. I sat there in silence wondering if she was butchering my hair in retaliation of me daring to wear a face covering. Luckily she did not, although my bangs are a tad too long, but I was too afraid to say so.
