I asked for long curtain bangs with a trim for split ends. I had checked in online and was told the wait was 1 hour. Got there 20 minutes early and they had me wait another hour. The bangs were done too short and the amount she took from each side of my head is crooked one side is way thicker than the other! She didn’t even ask before she cut them off! Just swooped them. All of my hair is uneven. Waiting that long then being done in 10 minutes isn’t okay when she sped through it and did so sloppy! I am so sad and disappointed in this. Do not go there!

I was not satisfied with how this “stylist” cut my hair. The other women working there practically had to help her with the mess she was creating with my hair. I will unfortunately will not be back to this establishment. I do however wish they would give this stylist more knowledge instead of her botching others hair.

Was probably the worst haircut of my life! Could tell the lady was nervous right off the bat I gave her the chance to cut it and what she did is what she did but definitely needs employees with more experience. To me it either seems like she was new and struggled I’m not sure but that’s still not really and excuse for this trash. Or if she was in a hurry to get to the next customer and was just worried about the money because this seems half done to me. I’m sorry but just absolutely worst haircut I have ever received and I have been freaking shaved bald before, no excuses for this!!!

Not sure why I keep going back. Cut is never evenly done….I asked for rounded in back and I got a straight cut. Some hair is still longer – uneven. I did not know till I got home and had my daughter check. The Hairstylist never gave me a mirror to look at the back of my hair….shame on her.

Had my hair cut and my sons hair cut. It was only his 3rd time getting it done and the ladies that did our hair were wonderful. They were able to cut his hair while he was moving and made it look wonderful. My military style fade was done to perfection unlike anywhere else I have gotten it cut. Usually the fade is too high like a high and tight or to low and doesn’t look like a fade. Thanks again for a great haircut before seeing my mom back from deployment.

Wait time was almost 30 minutes after checking in online and getting the text stating I was next. Only one person cutting hair at the time as well as not a great cut. She tried but military cuts are not for this place. I have to try and get my hair fixed elsewhere as I’m now technically out of regs since they could not give me a tapered appearance.
