Checked my son in at 6:00 per the online check in and received confirmation that he was checked in! Arrived there at 6:15 and the doors were locked, mind you, they close at 7. They came to the door and let him in and told him he wasn’t checked in, made him leave and shut the lights off. Maybe you should change your hours if you’re too lazy to work until your scheduled shift is over. I will say I’ve used these guys plenty of times and they do a decent job but this is just unprofessional specially since I received a notification that we were next in line and to head to the salon. Drove all the way there to get turned away.

I have always had good haircut at Great Clips, but this last one was too short. I told the stylist how much to take off, and she just started clipping. 3/4 of an inch quickly became 1 3/4 inches. I like curls and what I got was spikes. Not happy. I will go back to Great Clips, but that stylist will not touch my hair again Haircut

They where friendly & helpful. They where prompt & there was barely waiting to be seen. They tried their best to meet our needs. My granddaughters left with cute haircuts. I was worried because one of granddaughters had cut her own hair it was pretty bad. The stylist did her best to fix it& it turned out better then we expected. I would definitely recommend this business to other’s.
