It’s really a bummer that the person that usually cuts my hair but not in the store today because she only charges me for a trim but for them only touching my hair for less than 10 minutes they charge me a full haircut to barely take a 1/2 inch off… i had two valid coupons that they wouldn’t take which I thought was absolutely ridiculous because I showed them that they were valid. And they still wouldn’t abide by them. Next time I’ll go to a different place that will actually take the time to cut your hair instead of worry about getting everybody in and out

They do a good job, but sometimes they over cut. My husbands hair needs to be left a little longer in back and on top…otherwise he looks like a porcupine. His hair is thick and course.

I would give this a 0 star but unfortunately I’m not able to. This is the second time I’ve been to this great clips. Each time they told me they couldn’t cut my hair because I have lice. It was embarrassing and quite frankly rude when the hairstylist said it so the whole salon could hear. I asked the hairstylist why my mom and daughter didn’t have it too. Because they also had their cut before me. (Due to some unfortunate circumstances we all have to sleep together in the same area.) They couldn’t give us a reason. So I was like ok whatever fine. I just wanted a trim because we were there and it was close to the errands we were running. My mom called her usual stylist and thankfully she was able to get me in. I told her what your guys hairstylist said about lice. I had her check it just to be sure. Can you guess? NO LICE! We won’t ever be returning here ever again. So thanks for nothing.

The stylist did a great job withy autistic 8 year old. She was patient, kind and made it fun for him. My complaints are due to their online check in system. We got our message stating we were up in 15 minutes but waited well over an hour. The stylists did their best to keep up with all the appointments but they were very overwhelmed. 5 stars for the stylist!! But as a whole, 3 stars

I always get my hair cut here because they do it so well. While I may not get something extensive as some people, I have yet to walk away with a bad cut. The only down side is their appointment line. If you don’t check in online, you have to wait for a good while. And you can’t check in at opening for 5 mins so that means you have to line up and get put in and then possibly wait. I hope they update the system so it’s easier to check in and have accurate wait times.
