Now I have to leave because I still can’t get my hair cut.I get it with staff shortages. But the owner should be more involved here to help. Also to monitor the help that is here. All these two employees here do is stop cutting hair and chat. Critical: QualityI typically have a good experience here. But one of their new hires completely butchered my hair. I wanted a simple trim. I had about 3 inches of hair and I asked for a quarter inch taken off and she continued to completely cut almost everything off. She also completely missed a patch of hair on the side of my head. I typically have a good experience here. But one of their new hires completely butchered my hair. I wanted a simple trim. I had about 3 inches of hair and I asked for a quarter inch taken off and she continued to completely cut almost everything off. She also completely missed a patch of hair on the side of my head. The back is completely butchered. Pretty disappointed. Usually receive good cuts. Probably won’t be back to this establishment.
