I’ve been here plenty of times for men’s haircuts and have been quite pleased, but tonight my daughter received probably the worst haircut I have ever seen. She’s devastated. It looks like when my four-year-old nephew got ahold of a pair of scissors and decided to “play salon” with my other daughter’s hair a few years back. Whoever cut my daughter’s hair is either legally blind, grossly incompetent and unaware, or is horrifically malicious. I’m not sure which is worse. If she was blind, then I’m pleased that she’s been able to find work, I just don’t know that she should be cutting hair. Start her out on the floors or something. I wouldn’t let this person trim my back lawn. I have attached pictures so you can see the results of requesting the cut to be “lightly sculpted around the face.” You know what, maybe she CAN see. Maybe she just can’t hear and heard “please Edward Scissor Hands my hair in haphazard slices for the appearance of having gone to the butcher shop for a haircut.” Exactly what every young middle school kid needs for their self confidence. Thanks for an eventful Monday evening.

Asked for a scissor cut and got a clipper. Then, when I stopped the stylist after the first swipe of the clippers, she gave me attitude and said scissor and clipper cuts were the same. When I spoke to the Mgr, I was told, “that’s just how she is”. We will never go back.

The staff at this place when I walked in was not friendly at all. The woman who checked me in was snarky and acted like I was her biggest inconvenience of the day. I will go somewhere elsewhere next time that doesn’t have an attitude problem.

I showed up after having car problems. The chick asked what they were doing to it today. I told her a trim she had no ideas how to trim curly hair and had no ideas how to brush through it and whine about how long it would take and that I should of booked a earlier appointment. Then went on to tell me the hours of operation. The lady was older in her 40’s could barley talk straight and extremely rude. She didn’t even know how to take a hair tie out of my hair. She acted like she came from Cali and that was her last shot as a hair dresser. It wouldn’t surprise me if she was racist, because she wanted nothing to do with my curly hair. I asked for a different chick and she was like we are all leaving at 5pm. I would give no starts if that was a option.

Maybe I got the same cutter as the last guy. I thought it looked OK, but when I got home it looks like I had a bowl cut. She didn’t layer it right so my bangs look like they were cut just straight across. This didn’t happen with the other times I had this haircut. I don’t want to hurt her feelings, she seems nice, but I am too afraid to go back. If it wasn’t for the bangs part it would of been OK. But my hair also looks chunky like the last guys review. Now I can’t part it on the side like before. I should of waited till my previous cutter was working.
