Love Great Clips, I don’t think I’ve gone anywhere else for haircuts. Every time I visit whether this location or the one south of Concordia, they’re always inviting and delightful to see. The wait times during the evenings can be a bit daunting especially on the weekends or Fridays so I recommend scheduling during a different time and day. That is if you don’t want to have a higher chance of 1hr+ wait. Personally, I always check in on-line before even thinking about heading in. I HIGHLY recommend checking in online first. Other than wait times (not the staffs fault) I have no complaints on the staff.

The Great Clips down south is far better.Showed up after checking in on their app with 10 minutes left before it was suppose to be ready. I let them know and after 20+ minutes of waiting, I talk to the person and they said I didn’t check in with them. The person I checked in with had left, I told them this, and she acted like I was lying about it for some reason.The haircut was terrible.
