They need to fix their sign. If they are closed permanently, then say so. The sign says open two days a week, we can work with that. Go back when they are to be open and it’s dark. Tried a couple different times during the times specified, nothing. My husband likes going there and he gets a great cut. We can’t check in anymore online anymore so we have to drive there, it’s ridiculous and redundant.

Critical: ProfessionalismCame in for a haircut for my son, but didn’t even bother to come back for the appointment, I was okay with the 2-hour wait, however the lady that was cutting a customer’s hair had just got done talking smack to the client she was currently cutting, about a customer who had came in behind me with some kind of health reason as to why he couldn’t wear a mask, not that this was the issue. No, the issue was her talking smack about him as he walked out and then the lady at the counter who is taking my reservation is clearly in another world and I had to repeat myself multiple times on my adress. I walked in 30 before closing on a Sunday. I was told it would be an hour and a half wait. This was completely garbage of an excuse for not wanting to cut my hair. I decided to wait and only waited for 25 minutes. My real complaint is the terrible attitude I received by the gal who cut my hair. If you don’t like your job you don’t have to work there. Not the mention the crappy job I received. I guess what does a person expect for 15 dollars anymore. It’s really upsetting even though I did leave her 2 dollars. I hope her days get better.

A good place for simple hair cuts. Dakota Wesleyan students get a discount here, so that’s always good! But it’s hit or miss if your hair stylist is friendly or cold. For people with short hair that can’t be messed up, this place is great!

Very upset. Brought my granddaughter in for hair cut. They said she had head lice. Gave her half a haircut charged for the full haircut. Right after went to avera doctor in mitchell. They said no sign of head lice. Took note into great clips and said she does. The lady picked a bug with wings off her hair and threw it on the floor. Went back to the doctor and two doctors came in looked for 5 minutes and said no head lice. Very very upset. Won’t be back!!!! We had been camping for a week already. There are bugs when camping .
