Had a bad time to begin with to be honest…it was really hard to talk to the lady because she would always go “huh…what…etc.” I’m not normally a quiet person, normally was the place loud and busy. While she was cutting my hair she shaved off a part of my eyebrow, and scratched me 2x on the back of my neck…she was very rough and quick on the back. I was very dissatisfied, and I normally don’t write reviews like this…will not be coming back 🙁

My appointment was a walk-in toward the end of the day. I was able to be attended to by a stylist within a 2-3 minutes upon entering. I was happy with my haircut (simple, blue collar guy haircut) but could have been happier. Some of the issue was miscommunication on my part, as well as not having a picture of what i would have preferred. I felt a little rushed but I did show up less than 30 minutes prior to the salon closing for the day. I’ll be seeing my “usual” stylist next time around but have zero problem recommending Great Clips of Fergus Falls as a salon with competent a d qualified staff.
