What can I say, it’s a low budget hair place. Most of the stylists know what they are doing, but if you do find one that you like the way they cut your hair, stay going to that same person, or you may be in for a rude awakening. Like recently happened to me. My regular stylist wasn’t in that day, and so I just took any stylist available. I got a woman named Stephanie. She gave me the worst butchering I have ever had, in my entire life. She kept on babbling on and on about anything and everything, and wasn’t concentrating on cutting my hair. It made me uneasy, but I let her continue. When she was finishing up, she had to deal with someone at the register that was coming in, because they don’t have a receptionist, so I picked up a comb, and combed down my bangs, and to my horror, they were badly uneven. One side was way too short, and it angled down to the other side that was way too long. A blind person would have done a better job. I was horrified, and called her attention to it. She acted like it was no big deal, then she proceeded to try to fix it, which meant that she had to cut my already too short in some places bangs to even shorter!! She tryed to hide the fact that they were extremely too short by blow drying my entire head except she left my bangs totally wet. She did this to hide the fact that she screwed up, because when your hair dries it gets shorter. So she was deceptive, and trying to hide her ineptness, and her inability to deliver a proper hair cut. So, the next day, I did my own hair, and once again, to my extreme horror, I discovered that my entire hair is un-even and choppy all over my head. Both sides are totally different. This woman couldn’t layer right if her life depended on it. I could have given myself a better hair cut! This woman can not cut hair, and should not be allowed to do so. I don’t know how she got hired. Most of the other stylists there, that I have used, have given me a decent or livable haircut. I’m not a picky person when it comes to getting my hair cut, and I generally tend to let them do what they think looks good on me, with minimal directions from me, but I’m telling you, so you don’t get the worst haircut of your life, DO NOT, let Stephanie cut your hair, or you will be very very sorry you did.

Just left after getting my 4 boys a hair cut. The what i would assume is Manager or shift lead is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers and the calling out/correcting the staff in front of customers. She should not be left in charge!

I was not satisfied this time. I waited for almost 2 hours for my regular stylist, and then when my name came to the top of the list, she chose to cut someone else’s hair, who hadn’t waited as long as I did! She totally lost my business. 🙁 Nancy cut my hair today, and she was exceptionally nice, and carried herself very well. She is my new stylist now!
