They do a good job cutting your hair, bur you can never get in. The online check in is full 2 minutes after it opens, they don’t even take appointments and are only open till 4:30. People work later than that and most don’t have the time to sit and wait there to get a haircut. They need to hire more staff, be open later in the evening and schedule thier staff so they are closed one day a week being they are so busy.

They cut my bangs way too short, I kept saying to the stylist ” you’ve been cutting there long enough”. The manager was there in the booth across the way from us and did not intercede. Their response to their satisfaction guarantee was “come in and we can show you how to style it until it grows out.”

Wendy is the best. Although I always have to wait atleast 30 minutes to see her, she is well worth the wait. Apparently I am not the only person who thinks she is the best or else there wouldn’t be such a long wait for her each time. If Wendy is not working, then I don’t get my haircut that day. After much hesitation. I decided to retry my local great clips. I walked in with my son who sensory processing issues. We waited for the next stylist available. Happily we got Kendra. My son doesn’t like anyone touching his ears. He doesn’t like the buzz of the clippers. Haircuts are never easy for him. He had his iPad and was able to handle Kendra cutting his hair. Only when he had to look up did it cause a problem. We have since been back for another hair cut and I made sure it was Kendra again. It was a little tougher this round because we didn’t have his iPad. But Kendra took her time and allowed him to relax and calm down. As long as Kendra is there. I’ll continue to use this location. Please give her a raise!!
