Ive been coming here for years and here is my experience… I feel a little irritated after checking myself and one other in online at this location. The app let’s you do that. great i was in a time crunch. I expected after my haircut the person I brought with me was next, apparently you have to tell them because they don’t care to ask. Just remember, you heard it from me. Wasted my time now but thats what makes me better. I will consider my next appointment at a different chain, NOT great clips. Anyone want a good tipper!

The employees provided great service before and after my haircut. It fustrating that when I was going to grab my coat off the coat rack, my coat was gone. There was only one client that left before me, so it was easy to figure out who took it. An employee tried to call client but they were not able to get ahold of client. I understand where someone could accidentally grab the wrong coat. I just wish more effort was done to reach the client. It sucks that I lose a $80 coat and a pair of nice gloves

It takes a lot for me to write a review, and this is out of pure frustration with the incompetency of the employees. The last 3 times I’ve been there I’ve had different stylists and I ask for a high and tight. Pretty simple but everytime they neglect to trim the back, or trim and thin the top, ignored me when I said I wanted a number 4 guard on my beard and just trimmed it instead and said it looks better that way “don’t you think?” It’s too late lady, you already cut it… apparently some of them don’t know how to use foil trimmers since I had many different length hairs on the side where it’s suppose to be bare. Avoid this money sink, they’ll agree with everything you say and do something different.

Went in to get a haircut and the hair lady was telling me about what my previous cutter did poorly so I assumed she was more experienced until my African American Barber friend checked out my hair… she conveniently didn’t show me the side where she shaved pretty much 2 inches too high in a triangle shape above my ears, when I checked my back hairline she must’ve passed geometry because she made my hairline into a perfect square way too high with perfect 90° angles! Very upset

Ok wow. The lady who did my hair is named Megen I believe and I spent a little time talking to her and wasn’t really paying attention to what she was doing but she took down the mop on my head faster then anyone ever and has killer taste in style. As long as I live in St cloud I will always be getting hair cuts here. Amazing!!!!

i don’t usually write bad reviews but today was just out of hand. i went to this location to get a haircut i showed the lady the photo of the hair i wanted (it was pretty easy sense my hair already had the kinda cut) and by the end of the hair cut my hair was just done for. it look NOTHING like the photo at all or looked like the complete opposite of the photo. nor did the person cutting my hair ASK to see the photo besides the one time i showed her what i wanted cut. I asked for curtains bangs at the end because she literally butchered the rest of my hair and but the ‘curtain bangs’ were awful. half of my forehead is bare and the other half has these weird bangs. i am literally so sad and disappointed about this cut. it is absolutely terrible and horrendous.

Checked in online. Time kept increasing. Show up on lunch break to every seat full and one person cutting hair at 11:15am. Can hear 2 or 3 associates giggling in the back together for the last 15 mins. No coat hangers. This is the first time. Save yourself the trouble and try a different location.
