My first experience was awesome! I went back 3 weeks later and when a different stylist sat me in her chair, I made it VERY clear that I wanted only 1 inch taken off the bottom of my hair, in a straight blunt cut. I also stated, I would rather her take too little than too much. She sections my hair, and literally cut a minimum of 3 inches. After the first snip, and I saw how much she cut, I had to let her finish because it was too late to turn back. I am trying to let my hair grow as I was also trying to keep it trimmed and healthy. My hair went from shoulder length, to not far from my chin. It is absolutely one of the worst haircuts I have ever received. It has caused me depression and I have been very emotional since. I would suggest getting a ruler out and measuring what an inch looks like before you butcher someone else. Furthermore, after getting home, I had to go thru the ends and cut the sections that were overlooked leaving long hairs around my neckline.

I brought my two boys in for a haircut. The stylist was very abrupt expressing poor professionalism. This has to be hands down the worst haircut I have experienced. The stylist didn’t take the time to see which side their hair parts and left the entire cut uneven. I’ll continue to use Mill Pond in New London. Haircut

Always a long wait, Even with online check-in. But when they say an hour they usually mean 2 or more. Some people came in, signed up one kid and then got both haircuts even though not on list. This type of leniency in staff creates issues for time schedules of your customers. It’s clear they had a change in management, because the old one clearly stated, “well, I’m not the manager anymore,” in a negative way. That type of friction shows in service. If I request a certain person and she’s helped everyone else, then goes on break leaving us sit there and never even acknowledged us. That’s why I won’t be back.

Paid $20 for her to not cut my hair right. Gave her a $10 tip also. Then I noticed a few hours later on that they went back and adjusted the price to $36 instead of the $30 I had authorized. Tried calling them all day to resolve this and nobody answered. Haircut

I have gone to Great Clips for years and have been very sarisfied. I know we are still suffering from COVID and employees and hours are reduced; however, can’t you update the online app to reflect current hours vs. allowing a customer to log in online, drive 25 miles, only to get there and the doors are locked. Very poor customer service and especially with gas prices as they are.
