The entire team was great and went above and beyond to help my daughter choose the right style. I will continue to use great clips to keep my family looking sharp. I checked in online and it said about a 75 minute wait. Finally after an hour it said a 5 minute wait, I head to Great Clips and see my name is not on the waiting list. I’ve been using the check-in online for over a year and it’s never been trust worthy.

Always get me haircut here. Sometimes difficult to get in, make sure you use the app and plan accordingly. I am treated right by the staff. I do feel the price is a bit steep for a haircut as simple as mine, paying for the service though.

I always travel hour to come here just to have my haircut in Fairmont location and I there is always this lady there that know what she is doing and dose a great job, but today I went in and she was not in yet so I decided to let a different lady cut my hair. What a big mistake, she left a lot of spot of hair all over and after telling her where she missed, she still couldn’t get it right, in the end I gave up and paid and left , I take a picture of it and I can send it to who ever is in charge of reading the reviews and u can judge this yourself
