My daughter got her hair cut here. The hairstylist smelt like smoke. She wanted one inch off the ends and she chopped off 3 inches. It is very uneven. She has very thick hair. The hairstylist didn’t wet it down or even mist it before chopping. Very disappointed. Haircut

They may give good cuts at a fair price, but that doesn’t help if you can’t even get in to get a haircut. Great Clips use to be a walk in haircut place where ordinary people can walk in and get a haircut within 30min. They have changed their policy to only allow millennials with smart phones to get haircuts. You cannot walk in any more as they only do online. You can’t even call in to get you name on the list. So if you don’t have a smart phone, there is no option for you to get a haircut. Greatclips need to change their policy and allow walkins and if they are going to allow people to book up the day online, they really need to allow people to call in to get an appointment. NOT EVERYONE IS A SMART PHONE ADDICTED MILLENNIAL. I have been a great clips customer for almost 40 years and they basically kicked me to the curb as a customer. Guess I need to give another barber, who runs their business sensibly, my business.

What’s the point of online check in if it’s not even accurate?! I checked in online, showed up at the time I was supposed to, waited for 20 min and got up and left. I completely understand if you’re running behind. At least have the courtesy to tell your waiting customers it’s going to be longer than expected!
