The online check in is a joke. It told us to arrive at 3pm, so we did. We checked in at the front desk and then sat there for over an hour, being ignored and everyone else being helped besides us. Finally, one of the ladies asked if we were on the list, which we said of course, we checked in with you over an hour ago. She then helped a couple other people, before cutting my bfs hair. She proceeded to rush the hair cut, didn’t completely shave his neck, and cut his bangs crooked. Never going here again! We miss the one on Riverfront with Jill!
