Critical: ProfessionalismMy mother called your Austin shop Sunday morning to get appointment for my handicap brother. She was told they only make onlint appointments. Mom said she did not have option to use computer. The lady finally told her she could come in at noon. I brought them in at 11:30 to make sure we were on time.When we arrived were told my stylist we did not have online appointment so we could not get service as they were booked. My mother said she was told to come in at noon, she does not have computer.Stylist asked when called and we told her an hour ago. Stylist said there may have been opening then but not any more.Stylist turned & asked waiting guest to come to chair & totally ignored my mom. I told mom to come that ypung lady obviously did not care about serving us even though we had noon appointment.I guess your business discrimnates against the elderly & handicapped.It very unfortunate the 2 young ladies in there were not more professionsl and caring, they were very “cold” & clearly did not want us there to try to fit in one haircut, even after we traveled 1/2 hour to get there and were told to come in at noon.I guess it depends who is working, as my brother was there earlier in week as a walk in. He was told by stylist she had appointment coming in but if they were not there when she was done with current client, she would cut his hair…guess what he got in right away because next person scheduled was late. This is the right thing to do. These two young ladies need to learn to be more professional and help guests who travel 30 minutes to come to your shop with verval times.Setting your business up for only online appointments discriminates against anyone who does not have or cannot afford a computer or smart phone.Very poor business practice for small business in small town.
