I had gone here several times and had really positive experiences and had chosen them over other places because they had always done the best. But the past time I went in I had my hair cut by a very young lady and she completely destroyed my hair. She had no concept of what layering or fading was and when I asked her to she just shaved it to my skin. My regular haircut is a ear length angular pixie cut (longer on the sides and top and faded into the back). But after this girl cut my hair it was all so short I ended up having to go elsewhere and have them fix what she had messed up resulting in me having to shave all my hair super short leaving less then two inches on the top being the most hair I have. I was HIGHLY disappointed and upset. I wanted a simple trim of my hair and clean up on the back and she messed it up beyond repair. I believe no client should ever have to completely shave their head after asking for a trim. I will not be returning. If you aren’t confident in the cut someone ask of you, I would rather be denied then be bald. Sincerely yet another under-satisfied customer.
