Checked in online it was a 45 minute wait. Walk in 45 minutes later 4th on list still so I patiently wait 25 more minutes in location (was doing laundry a few doors down so had time to waste). Had to go switch laundry from washer to dryer quickly was second on list after the 25 minute wait, so thought I had time. Already waited over an hour for this 5 minute hair cut. Takes me 5 minutes to switch the laundry come back and my name is off the list. It marked absent supposedly, and the best they were going to do was add me to a 10 person list all over. No thanks don’t go here, third time I’ve been to this location and third time something has happened to make it a bad experience.
