We were able to get two of my kids haircuts within a half hour of checking in! Very friendly staff! My oldest boy likes his hair long but needed a trim. He was nervous they would cut too much but they did exactly as he asked!

I went to Great Clips in superior, and it was really, really, busy the haircut was fantastic, it was a Saturday morning, the cost for a men’s haircut is around $18 I had a coupon on my phone I got the cut for $9.99! Atmosphere was great, it has all the feel of being a neighborhood !!

Critical: PunctualityVery disappointed with a business I go to every 6 weeks to get my haircut. I always tip well (about half of my haircut cost). I checked in, as I always do. My estimated time was now down to 0. I arrived to see my name not on the screen. They asked if I checked in. I said yes – showed them my app (which now showed: Checked in estimated wait time n/a). Clearly an error. I was told, “no one is here if you want to wait a little bit, we’ll get you in”… I waited 40 minutes and got passed up by 5 fellow customers (who arrived after me) that also had did the online check-in.
