Great Clips

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in tonight to get my haircut and I was taken to the chair by an older lady. I think her name was Marianne. In the past what I get my haircut I’m used to the stylist pinching my hair between two fingers on one hand to pull it out and then cutting. This lady just took the scissors to my hair as it was hanging freely. When I went in my hair was down to the middle of my back and I showed her a picture of my hair hanging about an inch past my shoulders and said that that was the cut I would like. I knew it felt off but I was too afraid to ask her to adjust it and given the way she had just hacked at my hair without even attempting to make it even. I went home and straight ironed it so I could see what the result was and then I went back and asked for it to be corrected by a different stylist. The stylist who corrected it did her best to even out the short hair I was left with. Now I just need to keep it glued back into ponytail and wait for it to grow out and then go somewhere else. The stylist who corrected it apologized profusely. Unfortunately I don’t think I will ever visit a great clips again. I cannot believe how absolutely wretched this haircut is and with how slow my hair grows I will be thinking about it for the next year. Unfortunately, I read the other reviews too late. I went in tonight to get my haircut and I was taken to the chair by an older lady. I think her name was Marianne. In the past what I get my haircut I’m used to the stylist pinching my hair between two fingers on one hand to pull it out and then cutting. This lady just took the scissors to my hair as it was hanging freely.
