Brought my son in for a haircut Thursday July 14th 2022. Very nice older lady read the notes and cut my son’s hair perfect. Then for some reason another lady came over pointed at my son’s head and started to proceed hacking away at my son’s crown just completely ruining a good haircut. While she was pretending to help she was being rude to the older lady laughing at her equipment telling her she needed to upgrade her equipment. Even my son was confused why another stylist cut his hair after his haircut was done. Horrible experience. Will not be back.

I was really upset when I left here. I asked the stylist to wash and çut and thin my hair out, she shaved my hair underneath, didn’t wash it, dry combed it which hurt bad! And cut about 12 inches off! Not what I asked for at all! She need to learn how to listen to the customer!
