I got a hair cut here and not long after I got the cut, I shaved my head for a woman that was going through cancer the 2nd time around. I waited 4 to 5 months for it to grow back, so I go in and get another cut by the same stylist that cut it before and I am not happy about what she had taken off when I only wanted a cut around the ears. Be sure your stylist knows what you want cut and No more!

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismJust had a great cut at this location. Stylist was friendly, professional and gave me exactly the cut I was hoping for. Additionally, there was visible cleaning done as far as Covid precautions and two stylists actually asked a man who didn’t have his mask over his nose to cover up. That made me feel safe about being there.

One side was a lot longer than the other with a lot of patches here and there. I don’t know what she was thinking, only fix now is to remove what little hair she actually left. Terrible service— so rude!!! No water to wash my son’s hair for his cut (he needed a wash). When i said that i wish I had known they didn’t have water for the cut at the BEGINNING of my 30 min wait, someone I wasn’t even talking to, who was cutting someone else’s hair, responded that she also wished she would have known they wouldn’t have hot water in a super rude and condescending tone. My son just really wanted his hair cut then so gave in. Ended up being an uneven cut and did NOT follow his directions at all. He was in tears when he got home because it was too short and didn’t look right at all. I had to bring him somewhere else to get it fixed.

I stopped going to great clips because the haircuts were spotty and I wasnt super happy with them. I went to this location because fantastic Sam’s was closed. The line was long but staff was quick and moved through the line rather quickly. I love that you can check in online before you get there. The haircut was good and the lady I had was very nice. You cant argue with the price and I will be going back.
