Rushed through it like she didn’t care, did a horrible job on my hard part, and didn’t clean any hair off when she was done. Did not enjoy the experience, the hairstylist was in a rush and was basically forcing the cutters through my hair and pulling on the roots and it hurt. Rushed through the haircut completely and didn’t even blow the extra hair off my head, I got up and had hair falling in my face the whole way home. Not fun and now i have a bad haircut thanks!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Joana (name on my receipt). She is an asian lady. Considering her poor communication, customer service and cutting skill I will not get another haircut from her. It seems like she does not know to how to use the scissors either.

Although not a chain regular, I find myself drifting from location to location, always on the hunt for *the* stylist. I must say I’m ecstatic — I’ve found the holy grail! Terri is charming, witty, and experienced. She brings several years of knowledge and her expertise is unmatched. In an industry where you “get what you pay for”, I can safely say that I’ve never received more personal, dedicated, and targeted attention and customer service. She could write the book *and* teach the class on technique, styling, and interpersonal skills. I will definitely be coming back just for Terri!
