My stored haircut information was in place and the fantastic stylists know exactly how to help me out! Great clips and specifically this location, do a great job of working with online check-in and updates. Very timely, clean and well set up. I’ll look forward to returning for my annual 6-7 week visit.

This has happened multiple times, and now I’m finally frustrated enough to write a review – checked in online, said it would be 15 minutes. I arrive a little more than 10 minutes later, many people are getting service ahead of me and all of the sudden the wait is an additional 30+ minutes. Extremely misleading, plus the woman who helped me was rude in explaining the logic of why the app isn’t accurate. I just had a surgery and trying to get out of the house, and you hope a local hair cut place you’ve been too many times would treat you better.

Almost always have great service, and a fairly good haircut for the price. The reason for the low review because they are always short staffed. Common to have online check in times over an hour. I don’t think I can remember a time there was more than to people working. I also get the feeling the staff is underpaid.

I’ve been going to this location and the southdale location for 15 years. southdale location was really good at the time I was going as you got a free haircuts I believe after every tenth one. This location does not offer that. The only reason I gave it an okay, is because you cannot seem to get attached to one hair stylist. They all say the same thing, they’ve been here for a long time, you can always get ahold of me. Yet 3 months to 4 months are going back to either one, that particular hair stylist is usually gone. The reason why this is an issue is because each hairstylist has a unique way of cutting hair, and everybody knows when you find one you like that doesn’t just right you want to make sure that when you go back you get that same person. So every time I go back to one of these locations, I get the same haircut but it sounds slightly different because I have a different person. But overall the people are nice and friendly. It’s still a great place to go
