I don’t usually make reviews like this, but this should tell you how bad this was. I’ve never had worse customer service than I had with Moses. This man is cold, rude, doesn’t say a word to you, and makes a scene to the whole store if you “keep moving your head” (which I’ve never gotten that complaint before in my life). I’ve seen other negative reviews about this man on here as well, so it’s time management should do something about this. He’s a detriment to the business. I’m not coming back again from this experience.

Horrible crabby man cut my hair and litteraly made it a quarter of an inch! I look like a boy from the back…thank goodness I could stop him before he got the front or I would look like I was leaving for the military! This guy needs to be fired! I love haircuts, to me they are the ultimate massage/relaxer. So hopefully the person cutting my hair does it well because I’ll always tip well for it. The only problem I had going in today was not being greeted. No hello, or a did you use the online checking. I then just went online in the lobby and put myself on the list. Haircut though was amazing but she greeted every customer that came in. So I was jealous.

I just went here and had Moses. We had a miscommunication about what I wanted in my haircut and he seemed exasperated by all of this. My haircut turned out decent. I felt bad for my part in the miscommunication, so I left a nice top as an apology and I am sorry

So I went in today and the gentleman who cut my hair gave off the impression he was just trying to get through the day and did not care one bit about the job he was doing. That was even more evident when I got home and saw all the spots he missed. My is very short and literally is only a 1 and 2 guard… he managed to screw that up pretty substantially. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Had to get my head SHAVED because of Great Clips. I had my haircut by a “stylist” names Moses from the Yorkdale Great Clips (Working at the Richfield Great Clips). I didn’t think anything of it at the time but he didn’t do the typical mirror around the back, ask me about my sideburns, or anything. He turned me around, took my cape off and didn’t really let me see.

I went in and asked them to take a little off of the sides and the back, and to specifically leave the front and top alone. They say me down in their chair and immediately took out one of their deepest cutting razors. They ended up taking off an inch off of the sides and back, while talking near to two inches off of the top and front. I would not go there again.
