I took my 86 y/o mother to this Great Clips. After they cut her hair, I asked that the person cutting her hair take a little more off the sides as her glasses made her hair wing out. The person cutting her hair said she was only doing what the computer told her to take off. My mother suddenly realized the exchange and said it was fine. Her hair is choppy and looks terrible. I will not be bringing her back to this location. The customer (yes, I am the customer) will have zero input.

It seems like online check in here doesn’t matter. The last 8-10 times I’ve used online check in, I show up on time, I’m top of the list, but last to get my haircut. I always wait 15 to 20 min past my time, while walk ins go first if they arrived a few min before me. A few people there need retraining. I had one cut where they shaved off one side and left the other. Un even cuts etc. Not the best place.

Zero stars. Been coming here for a long time. Today was the most painful haircut ever! Looks to be new stylist that has no idea what she is doing. Ended up with choppy hair cut I just couldn’t wait for it to end. I always tip my stylist but not this time as I’m writing this review in their parking lot . This was my go to for cuts but will be taking my buisness else where. Beware if you end up with a stylist there with a new face. I’m quite disappointed.

I have been going there for years at the North Town Commons location. Yesterday I got my hair cut and when I presented a coupon off of Facebook, they refused to take it. I have never had a problem in the past. Next time I will present the coupon first. Oh wait a minute, UNLESS I AM TAKEN CARE OF, I WILL NOT USE GREAT CLIPS EVER AGAIN!!!! Rick Chase

I would give this place zero stars if I could I was seen yesterday March 19th by Le. Now I know I have very textured hair and instead of her telling me that she didn’t feel comfortable doing it she proceeded to thin my hair and chop off more than I wanted at the wrong angle for my hair type and texture. The worst part of it is that she proceeded to shave the underside of my hair which is what I wanted what I didn’t want was more than 10+ cuts all over my head and neck because she didn’t know what she was doing please be careful when picking hair salons and I would say stay away from this one I will not be back.

I’m usually a very easy to please customer. I really don’t expect much and don’t ever give anyone a hard time but this experience is something worth sharing. I went in for a simple layered cut. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted and got a completely different style than what I had asked for. I wanted a length to a few inches under my shoulder but the stylist chopped it all off and in her attempt to fix the layers she created, my hair is now well above my shoulders.
