The staff seems quite practiced in the passive-aggressiveness Minnesotans are so famous for. You may be on the wait list. You may be the only person on the wait list actually present in the store. You may notice that some of the staff have been busying themselves with tasks that do not include cutting hair for twenty minutes or more. You may notice that despite a lack of new entries on the wait list that sometimes, after a staff member has disappeared into a back room, the “expected wait time” displayed mysteriously increases by ten minutes or so.

We’ve been going here for a few years now and it was time to get my 5-year-old daughter’s haircut. And my five-year-old is very finicky and she is like a Non-Stop mover. And when it came to getting her cut with Kailey my daughter just loves her. And Kailey is one the best most energetic and down to earth people. Super kid friendly. I would recommend her to anyone that has kids. Also even for yourself. You will love her.

Went in looking for a specific hair cut / style. The “stylist” that helped me took a 2 second glance at the picture i brought in to show what i wanted and then asked something completely different about styling. After 5 min i walked out with a buzz cut with bald spots. There was no line and no one else in the shop. You think they would have spent some time to make sure my hair cut was correct. Now I will have to go somewhere else to see if someone can salvage this mess before the wedding I am attending this weekend. Do not recommend.

My 8 year old always gets a great cut at this location. He’s had his hair cut by a few different stylists and they’ve all been awesome. Online check in is super convenient and we’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seated.
