Went here for a haircut a few days ago, very bad experience. An older asian lady, who cut my hair, didn’t listen to my requests on how I wanted my hair styled. I don’t know if it was a language barrier, but I just was shocked on how it all turned out. She was very crabby and the worst part was toward the end. Extremely unprofessional, she looked right at the keypad to see how much I was going to tip her as I was punching it in. I have never in my life seen this happen before, I had to have my girlfriend fix the issues with my hair when I got home. I recommend to look elsewhere, this place is not worth the trouble or time for unprofessional hairdressers.

I showed the stylist a pic and asked if she could cut my hair like that. She said, I’ll try. My hair did NOT, Not even come close to the pic. It’s so short, it will be months before my hair grows out enough to try and get the cut I asked for. So many layers….not happy

Just spend the extra 20$ and go to a real barber. Avoid older lady with glasses on her nose – has her work stall in the middle on the right. Didn’t dry my hair or remove the excessive from my shoulder or hair… Didn’t listen to anything that I said and seemed to get upset when I commented the length and look that I wanted. She used less than 15 minutes and hair looks choppy and is way shorter than I wanted.

Got my hair “cut” today by an older woman who wore her glasses very low on her nose. Her station was mid-way up the right side of the store as you walk in. This was easily the worst haircut experience of my life. She set the clippers way to close and mowed a nice bald spot into the side of my head. When I asked if she could even out one spot she said “No. I don’t have the tools. You need to go to a barber.” The cut took about 8 minutes. When I went to pay, she wouldn’t accept my coupon. So I said ok and took out my credit card and swiped it. She yelled “Can you read?!” I said “yes I can in fact read.” Then she said “well then you’d know it says to insert your card after you select the tip.” That’s the opposite of how it usually goes. Regrettably, I tipped her. The cut was so terrible, her customer service and manners were so awful and rude and to spend the time waiting and the money to get treated like this AND get a horrible cut…it was pretty surreal and unbelievable.

on Sunday i went to cut my hair there, at the time i get inside, the lady was cleaning the sole of her shoe with a blueish comb; she cut my hair and use the same comb that she used for her sole, her name is Surynda (Asian lady), an unhygienic action, especially in these times of pandemic. Haircut

I’ve been going to this Great Clips for almost 20 years with the majority of the Stylists still there. That speaks volumes about this location. Always great service and conversations for a relatively cheaper priced haircut. I’d pick this place any day over the fancier, more expensive salons.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLee and Julie here are awesome and always do a fantastic job! I have never gotten one bad haircut from either one of them. I drive 45 minutes to come here but it is worth it. They have never pushed any products on me, have a great sense of humor and take their time to make sure my haircut is right before I leave.
