I have been going to the Robbinsdale Great Clips for many years, with the same stylist. Suddenly found them closed. Saw a few wonderful reviews about the hairstylists at the Crystal Great Clips. I chose Des to cut my hair and I have never had such a great experience with any haircut I’ve had in the past. She seemed to just know what I wanted (without me having to go into too much detail). She was also the most friendly stylist I have EVER had. She was fast and cut my hair perfectly….I almost hated to leave and all my apprehension about starting with a new stylist was unfounded. This is a very friendly and professional place with good vibes!

Checked in ahead of time and arrived to find 2 stylists and one customer in the chair. After a short wait, was seated and asked how I wanted my hair cut. We discussed length and established 1/2″ to 3/4″ off in various places, after which she proceeded with my 3 min haircut. I kid you not, I’m not sure it took her that long to cut an inch and a half to two inches off my whole head with her Trimmer, then trim the back two inches up my neck. Then she showed me the back with the mirror and asked how I liked it. I wasn’t going to give her the opportunity to cut off more, so I said it was fine, paid and left.

The stylists are very experienced and friendly! There’s not a huge turnaround at this location in Crystal. I go to my same two Stylists every 4 to 6 weeks,and the online check-in is great, you just go a few minutes before your appointment and you get seated at your stylist.stress free haircut
