Positive: Quality, ValueLea was FANTASTIC!! She was very fast and efficient, and had polite, pleasant conversational skills. She worked with my daughter who is on the Autism spectrum and was very nervous about a braid that she recieved on vacation being removed, but Lea made the process a quick, and pleasant one for us…. I cannot say the same about the stylist that helped me. I did not catch her name, as she did not bother introducing herself to me. After being lectured about my choice to not remove all of my damaged hair (I am not quite ready to go that short and that should be a personal choice anyway), I continued to be lectured about my hair color choice and how I should not be using it. I tried to explain that it is a non-damaging color and she continued to (while absolutely DRIPPING with sarcasm) grill me with questions like “Oh really, does it contain peroxide??, does it contain ammonia??”, etc. (For the record, no, Lime Crime does not contain any harmful chemicals) at which point I asked to end the appointment and she stated “Well, you asked for my opinion the minute you sat in my chair”. I was so upset and ready to leave when Lea swooped in and asked if I wanted her to take a look at my hair. She trimmed it to a length that I was happy with and it feels SO much healthier. Absolutely awful. The lady brushed my hair so hard it broke every single time. She was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Do NOT go here. Most of the time the people are fine but that woman needs to be fired. Beyond angry I didn’t say something to her after she ripped out all my hair. I didn’t catch her name but the side of her head was shaven and then the top was in a little pony. Looked exactly like the stereotypical society reject that barks at people.

Critical: QualityI went in for a hair cut that I get done every two weeks. The person cut my hair said some very awful things to me. She also left me with one side of my head not faded. I just wanted out and left with a very poor quality hair cut.

My mother was going crazy because her hair was so long and at 82 with covid surging you don’t want to take any chances. The online check in worked great. You could tell they weren’t busy at the time and got her name at the top of the list. She was in and out in a flash and really happy to get it cut.

I have been going to this salon for over 15 years. Many hair stylists have cut my hair here. Some of them have been great and some have been fine. Overall, I have been happy. Very respectful and more or less they have done what I have expected from them. Sometimes the online checking time is off, but I go there during weekends and 5, 10 or 15 minutes off doesn’t bother me since I have wasted a lot of time on non-sensical stuff throughout my life. My only concern is that the employee turn over is high. These days it is hard to have the same stylist for over a year. Otherwise, I’m happy.
