I called ahead to see if anyone knew how to do a flattop haircut. I was told yes and to come on in. I drove to the shop only to be told no one new how to do a flattop. I explained that I just called and asked. The manager said they had just tried to do one and they could not do it right and sent the man away with a in finished hair cut. What is that?! I will never return to that shop!

This happened about a month ago. It was alright when I went into the building, they treated me kindly. I sat down in the chair to get my hair done, I showed the hair stylist the reference photo of an undercut with a shaved style in it. When she started shaving my hair, another worker looked at my hair and scoffed as she walked by. I should’ve left after she shaved it first, but I stayed and hoped to get the design in my hair. She created the lines (which is just two lines in the front side of my hair), and she did them horribly uneven, one side is going straight across and the other side is going down at a noticeable angle. I didn’t let her continue my hair after that, then left. In a short summary, don’t go here if you’re looking for an even shave or professional workers.

I was greeted by name walking in the door. The stylist Danielle asked questions about my cut and was very thorough, putting my needs and desires first. She followed through with a great massage hair wash all while multitasking and keeping me smiling with her offbeat humor.

I’ve never had a bad experience or a bad haircut at this location. The girls up there are always friendly and I’m usually in and out of there within 15 minutes. It seemed okay, as far as appearance and looks is concerned but they need to update their hours. It doesn’t open at 8 am but the sign says it does. If you go in the morning, go around 10am.
