Literally the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I asked for a simple cut at my shoulders with some layers that weren’t chunky or cut straight across. She kept talking about an angle cut?? Where I corrected her twice. I’m assuming the back of my hair is shorter. I am hoping a different salon can fix this hack job without cutting what’s left of my hair. I am not sure why these other people rate so high.. run people!

They absolutely butchered my sons hair on his birthday. I had to fix it. I cut hair better than the people here and my limited knowledge is from the internet. I can’t understand how any of this happened if these are licensed stylists? His hair was uneven, ALL OVER, and the part has a very visible bald patch. The stylist told my husband that we could just “cover it up” with other hair.

Stylist did not listen to details of the haircut, which was very similar to how it was cut there before. She did not separate the hair and pretty much cut each layer to how she wanted. The haircut is very choppy. She only did 1/2 a blow dry so was sent out in the cold and snow with wet hair. I will not go there again and will recommend others to stay away. Very disappointed!!!
