When doing a basic haircut the hair on my right side was cut nicely around the ear. On my left side there is over a half inch gap between the end of my cut hair and my ear. My left sideburn is also cut much higher and at an angle (see the attached picture).

Took my daughter there,on Friday for a haircut. My daughter showed the lady a pic and wven asked her to make sure to blow dry to see if it looked like the picture at the end but the hairstylist ignored everything and did her own thing. My daughter’s hair don’t look ok once is dry at all. Never going back!!
