Very disappointed with the manager of Great clips in Mound she cut my hair so poorly I walked around for hours until I noticed how uneven my hair is and I’ll tell you it is not hard to cut my hair I only have a few inches taken off I have very fine straight hair so I really know my hair is not hard to cut she was so busy looking at her eye watch just so unprofessional very disappointed and when I walked in to get my hair fixed again she did not apologize or even ask me if I would like some of my money back which I tipped her $5 maybe not much to some but what she did to my hair was way too much so I would say becareful who you go to. Barb is the one that fix my hair I would go to her again and I would not go to any other women there

Critical: Professionalism, QualityExtremely disappointed. Went in here for a first professional haircut for my 19 month old son, I wanted to be early for our online appointment so we got there at 6:20pm and didn’t get called back until 7:15pm. When asked if the haircut was for me I responded saying that it was my son’s first haircut and she replied saying that he needed to wear a mask. Almost an hour sitting in there and nobody said anything about him needing to wear a mask until we were called. I wouldn’t have even cared about them trying to make a 19 month old wear a mask (good luck) if they had at least told me earlier so I didn’t sit there and waste an hour of my life keeping him calm and getting him prepared for a haircut he didn’t even get.Extremely disappointed.
