I have been going to Great Clips for most of my life and the past few years have become much worse. The check in tool is a joke. Every time, I go on, there is a 60-120 minute wait. Today I found a location with a 60 minute wait. I checked in, waited 30-40 minutes and drove about 20 minutes to get there. When I arrived my name was not on the list. I do not have the time to sit in a lobby for 60 minutes or more wondering if the name above me on the list will show up before I get called. Your company needs a better system because this is not acceptable. Jeff

I went to Great Clips in Rochester for over 15 years–never had a complaint. Moved to Eden Prairie, looking for my neighborhood Great Clips, read some bad reviews, decided to abandon Great Clips based on the reviews. Loved the check-in tool in Rochester. Critical: ProfessionalismUnbelievable service. I normally go to the prairie village location but finally decided to give this spot a try. The last two haircuts were mediocre at best and today I checked in online, waited 3 hours and the time for my appointment jumped from 30 minutes to 15 in a two minute time span and then when I arrived only 2 minutes late I was told that I “exceeded the waiting period” and that I was “taken off the list and cannot be serviced because they are booked up through closing.” This is by far the worst great clips I’ve ever been to and they have certainly lost my business permanently since I will ensure not to waste my time returning.Unbelievable service. I started going here about 6 months ago for my regular haircuts. I see the same woman each time, and she does an awesome job. She’s not afraid to cut your hair short! It is very clean and bright in here, which I appreciate. The staff is friendly. The online check-in is the only way to go now – I love it!
